ABOUT CONDUIT TO THE TRADES

A young man in a blue shirt and jeans looks at an apprenticeship program wall at Bay Arenac ISD. The wall displays various trade apprenticeship opportunities, including boiler makers, bricklayers, electricians, ironworkers, roofing, and more, with information about starting wages and apprenticeship durations.

With a passion for the building trades, and a desire to provide awareness of the trades to young people, parents, teachers, school administration, and anyone who may walk through the doors of a school, Conduit to the Trades was born.

Conduit to the Trades hopes to provide hope to all the young people nowadays searching for it as they consider their path in life. Many great careers are waiting to be discovered in the building trades.

INSTALLED WALLS

Brick wall displaying apprenticeship program wall with various trade posters, including boilermakers, bricklayers, electricians, elevator constructors, heat and frost insulators, ironworkers, roofing, painters, sheet metal workers, sprinkler fitters, and more.

Conduit to the Trades has installed bespoke apprenticeship information walls in schools across Michigan and Ohio. We work wit each school to develop their visual style, and make sure the walls fit in their learning environment.

Scannable QR codes are customized to the local unions that serve the same area as the school, and serve to teach students about their future options outside of higher education.
